Why did I do this?
My mum wanted a canvas for christmas and she saw similar canvas' in Garden Centres and other shops which she really like but they were too expensive.
What do I like about this?
- I really like the way it looks with the lights on and off because it looks like there are stars in the sky with the lights on and then looks really nice still with the lights off.
- I really like the colours used because it makes it look really nice and makes it look shaded and possibly like the Northern Lights.
What don't I like about this?
- I don't like how the black smudged at the split from the black to the blue and the black has smudged over the blue for some reason I do not know.
- I don't like that I didn't just push the lights through the canvas but I just glued them to the back.
Improvements?
- I would put the light through the canvas instead of gluing them to the back so then it looks better than it does now.
- I would spray paint the black on so then it doesn't smudge into the blue also it'll probably look better as well and I could cut out the shape I want with paper to make it easier.
