Why did I make this?
Just like the image of me and Holly, she wanted on the same of her and her boyfriend Ollie, so I designed this for her to print off and put on her wall. She sent me the original photo of this and asked me to draw/sketch it out, like the one I did of me and her to make it look the same.
What do I like about it?
- I like how you can tell it is the two people it it meant to be and it does indeed look like the original image that she sent me.
- I really like the the hair I drew, more Holly's than Ollie's and I like the attention to detail I did with her single strands of hair.
- I really like how the clothes turned out in this one, they look really simple and you obviously don't want the clothes to stand out more than the people.
What don't I like about it?
- I don't like that I didn't put enough detail into their facial features because it seems to be looking very plain.
Improvements?
- Next time I think I would take the time to add more detail to their faces and put their expressions onto their faces.
- I might try and put an outline on their to make it more clear whats what on the clothes, faces and so then it looks like they have a jaw line also.
